Proactively identify and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Installing computer networks (I/O Connectors, Cable Punching, cable tracing and testing, Troubleshooting/ Identifying network problems.
• Monitor RFID based Queue Management System (QMS).
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results within deadlines.
• Installation and configuration of Software as per company policy SAP, MS office etc.
• Coordination with vendors.
• Maintain Company’s IT Service Desk and quick response on Outlook mails and groups.

Responsible for the primary role is to provide technical assistance and support to users either over the phone, via email, or in person.
Troubleshooting issues, diagnose problems, and guide users through solutions.
This may involve resetting passwords, resolving software or hardware issues, and offering guidance on how to use various systems or applications.
Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
Organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronically and in hard form.
Level 1 Networking Support.
Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking technical assistance and support within an organization.
Solving problems arise with Systems. Cache Clearing of websites.
Responsibilities:
Entering data into databases, Spreadsheets, or other software system correctly.
Updating and maintaining data entry procedures and documentation.
Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educating customers about our franchise's products, services, promotions, and policies.
Following data privacy and confidentiality policies to protect sensitive information.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
Managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
